Seeds Bagging machines

Among the many models available, the most suitable for primary packaging are the IABA 600, the IABA 800S, and the UNIVERSAL 1200. Ideal for bags from 5 to 25 kg, including raffia, and production rates from 400 up to 1,200 bags/hour.

Depending on needs, these machines can be equipped with labellers and different closing systems like simple stitching, easy-open stitching, or folded stitching.

There is also the option to include vibrating systems and a deaeration probe to create bags that are extremely compact and easy to palletize.

Regarding the palletizing and secondary packaging phase, based on required production levels, we offer:

• Smart Palletizer
• 6-Column Palletizer

PCA Palletizer

The Smart Palletizer is a Cartesian model designed for medium productions up to 500 cycles/hour and loads of up to 50 kg.

It is a compact solution, especially valued in production settings where space is limited.

6 Column Palletizer

The 6-column palletizer is the best option for high-capacity operations. It can handle 1,200 bags/hour with single pick and around 2,000/hour with double pick.

With motorized side compactors and interlayer systems from reels, it ensures the creation of highly compact and stable pallets.
