IABA 600 Automatic Bagging Machine

The IABA series represents the complete range of automatic open-mouth bagging machines designed to meet the packaging needs of a wide variety of granular and powdery products. They can process bags ranging from 5 to 50 kg.

These solutions are ideal for medium productions, providing high reliability, maximum flexibility and process safety.

IABA for granular products

Perfect for packaging granular products such as rice, legumes, cereals, coffee, salt, seeds and pet food, the IABA E and S bagging machines ensure an efficient and precise process.

 

• IABA 600 E
  Designed for medium and high throughputs up to 600 bags/hour, with bags up to 50 kg.
  Versatile and automated, it processes pillow or flat unblown bags.
  Equipped with servo-assisted handling and bag launcher arms, it enables filling of a wide range of granular and powdery products.
  Packages can be sewn or welded according to customer requirements.
  A defined upgrade package allows this model to also process woven or laminated polypropylene raffia bags.
• IABA 600 S
  Standard model in the series, ideal for outputs up to 600 bags/hour and weights up to 30 kg.
  Processes pillow/flat and gusseted bags, materials: paper, PE and laminated raffia.
  One-piece enclosed stainless steel structure ensures safety and hygiene.
  The possibility of combining different weighing and closing systems make it a perfect solution for a wide variety of products.

IABA for dusty products

The IABA F and P bagging machines are specifically developed for safe and efficient packaging of dusty products such as flour, milk powder, chemicals, and food additives.

• IABA 600 F
  Ideal solution for packaging flour and powdery products, with a capacity of up to 400 bags/hour at net weight.
  The advantage of this version is the possibility of adding a dedicated stand-alone station for deaeration. This makes it possible to start filling the next bag while the previous one can already move on to the next station.
  Equipped with compaction devices for air elimination and contamination prevention (made of AISI 304 stainless steel).
  Compatible with different closure systems and bag sizes from 5 to 50 kg.
• IABA 600 P
  Specifically for preformed bags of powdered products, up to 200 bags/hour. Supports a wide range of materials (paper, aluminized paper, laminated raffia, pinch-top).
  The integrated deaeration probe and one-piece closed stainless steel construction make it ideal for environments where reducing dust dispersion is critical.
  Baggers for dusty products can also be equipped with special mechanisms to facilitate bag closing, such as flap cleaning, product compaction, and air-removing devices.
