IABA 1000 is an automatic open mouth bagging machine for gusseted and non gusseted bags, designed for high output production.
It reaches a production capacity of up to 1,100 bags per hour and handles a wide range of sizes and materials.
It is ideal for granular and free flowing products such as animal feed, rice, wheat, corn, sugar, pet food, and seeds.
It is suitable for bags from 5 to 50 kg, depending on the product and the installed dosing system. It integrates with different weighing and filling systems, selected according to the material characteristics.
It processes bags with indicative dimensions from 180 x 500 mm up to 550 x 1,100 mm. It supports paper, laminated paper, polyethylene coated paper, PE polyethylene, and laminated woven polypropylene.
The machine handles open mouth and gusseted bags, with or without handles. Size changeover is quick and organized.
Operation
The presence of a bag preparation station reduces cycle time and allows higher production rates compared to other models.
After filling and forming, the bag is transferred to the closing station via a dedicated conveyor belt. At the top, one or two transfer arms guide the bag into the top folder conveyor, ensuring stability and control even with fluidized products.

The IABA 1000 supports different closing systems, including single stitching, fold over stitching, crepe paper tape, heat sealing, impulse sealing, and pinch top.
The fully enclosed monoblock stainless steel structure ensures strength, reliability, and dust containment within the working area. The modular configuration allows compact integration into existing lines.
The touch screen operator panel allows control of the working cycle, monitoring of production parameters, and immediate fault notification.
