It achieves a production capacity of up to 1,100 bags per hour and handles a wide variety of formats and materials.

It is suitable for packages from 5 to 50 kg, depending on the product and the dosing system installed. It can also be integrated with various weighing and filling systems, selected according to the characteristics of the material.
It handles bags with approximate dimensions from 180 x 450 mm up to 550 x 1100 mm. It supports paper, aluminised paper, polyethylene-coated paper, PE polyethylene and laminated raffia.
The machine handles open-mouth and gusseted bags, even with handles. Format changeover is quick and orderly.
How does it work
The bag preparation station speeds up the machine's cycle times and achieves higher production rates than other models.
After filling and shaping, the bag is transferred to the closing station via a dedicated conveyor belt. At the top, one or two transfer arms guide the bag into specialised conveyor belt, maintaining stability and control even with fluidised products.
