Collection of Personal Data

Users may contact us to submit unsolicited applications or applications for open positions on LinkedIn or the above-mentioned websites, thereby authorising the Data Controller to process identifying personal data such as name, surname, contact email address, and curriculum vitae.

Data deletion will also occur at any time upon a specific request from the candidate to the Data Controller. The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Newsletter
Massini Industries newsletters are sent via email to users who explicitly request them by filling in the relevant form on the website with their email address and authorising the processing of their personal data for this purpose.

Data Acquired from Third Parties and Lead Generation

Joint Controllership
Pursuant to the judgment of the Court of Justice of the EU (Case C-210/16, Wirtschaftsakademie) and subsequent guidelines issued by the European Data Protection Board (EDPB), where Massini Industries uses tools made available by social platforms (such as company Pages, statistical Insights, or Audiences features), joint controllership with the platform operator may arise.
In such cases, primary responsibility for GDPR compliance with respect to the technical infrastructure rests with the platform operator, while Massini Industries is responsible for the content published and any advertising campaigns activated.
LinkedIn (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company)
Massini Industries uses LinkedIn for institutional communications, employer branding, publication of company content, and staff recruitment. Data processed include user interactions with the page (likes, comments, shares), aggregated analytics data provided by LinkedIn (Page Insights), and, in the case of paid campaigns, targeting data provided by the platform.
The legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for institutional communications, and consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for targeted advertising campaigns.

Massini Industries manages company pages on Facebook and Instagram for the promotion of its products and services, publication of content, and management of its online community.
As page administrator (Page Admin), Massini Industries is a joint controller with Meta pursuant to CJEU Decision C-210/16, with regard to user statistical data (Insights).
The legal basis for organic activities is legitimate interest; for advertising campaigns, the consent expressed by the user through Meta platform settings.

YouTube (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited)
Massini Industries uses YouTube to publish corporate videos (product presentations, tutorials, events). Aggregated analytics data relating to views are provided by Google under the Data Processing Agreement entered into with Google Ireland Limited.

Massini Industries uses WhatsApp for managing commercial communications and customer assistance. Data processed via WhatsApp include: telephone number, contact name, content of messages exchanged, and communication metadata.
The legal basis is the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for communications related to pre-contractual or contractual matters, and consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the sending of marketing communications via WhatsApp.

Data Recipients
