IABA 600 D AUTOMATIC BAGGING MACHINE

The IABA 600 D bagging system is designed to fill and seal preformed bags in a straightforward and dependable manner. This bagging system, perfect for high-volume production, comes equipped with a double filling station that allows you to handle two bags during each work cycle.

You can enhance bag quality by combining the bag vibration system with the deaeration probe, which removes excess air and results in tightly compacted bags, perfect for palletizing.

A unique feature of the IABA series is its step-by-step bag handling, ensuring precise and efficient treatment for all types of bags, whether gusseted or not.

Bags transition from the filling area to the sealing stage via a dedicated conveyor belt. Up top, a pair of guiding arms securely maneuver the bags onto the edge of the conveyor belt.

Depending on your specific requirements, the system can be customized with various closing methods such as stitching, pinch-top, welding, and more.
