Case Packer Machine - Top Loader

Available modules

Thanks to its design, the machine can be configured and combined through the following dedicated modules:

• Carton magazine: For efficient storage of flat die-cut blanks.
• Forming and bottom closing unit: For opening the case and sealing the bottom.
• Conveyor roller bed: Complete with a system for opening and guiding the flaps.
• Pick & Place filling system: The technological heart for product positioning.
• Top closing module: For final sealing of the case, ready for shipment.

Carton magazine

The magazine can be configured in an automatic or gravity-fed version and allows for fully automatic box forming.

Carton extraction is carried out using a suction cup system that ensures precision and reliability even at high speeds.

Forming and bottom sealing

During box forming, a second suction cup system holds the carton perfectly in position while the front and back bottom flaps are folded, ensuring precise, consistent geometry.

The box is then centered, transported on the roller conveyor, and closed at the bottom.
Sealing can be performed with:

• adhesive tape;
• Hot Melt hot glue;
• a combination of both systems.

Pick & Place filling system

The pneumatic Pick & Place module allows for gentle, precise product handling.

The gripping setup and product layout inside the carton are developed based on the product’s characteristics, adapting to different shapes, sizes, and rigidity levels.

The module can be equipped with robotic systems, integrating Delta robots or anthropomorphic arms to meet even the most specific application requirements.

Top sealing

After filling, the American case is automatically transferred to the top closing station.

At this stage too, you can choose between sealing with adhesive tape, Hot Melt hot glue, or a combination of both systems, delivering a reliable seal for any production need.
