MF POUCH 1000 Automatic Bagging Machine

The Pouch 1000 is a open-mouth bagging machine for preformed open-mouth stand-up pouches or Doypacks with square bottoms.

It can reach production rates of up to 1,000 bags/hour for small formats up to 3 kg.

Designed for packaging granular products, it is particularly suitable for sectors such as pet food, dried fruit, and snacks.

It can process various types of materials, including aluminum-coated paper, polyethylene-coated paper, PE, and PP.

The presence of a single filling station reduces its size and makes it ideal even in applications where space is limited.

Made of 304 stainless steel, it can be easily integrated with secondary packaging systems and become an essential part of complete plants.

In fact, alongside conveyor systems, it can be combined with boxing and palletizing systems.

The combination of multihead weighers and vibrating channels ensures versatility, precision, and speed of packaging.

Special vibrating devices, inserted in the lower conveyors, facilitate the filling and settling of the product inside the bag.
The package is then closed by multiple sealing stations and subsequent cooling.

The in-house design and manufacture of each component allows it to be adapted to the specific needs of the customer.

Various additional devices can be applied, including:
