The Pouch 1000 is a open mouth bagging machine for preformed stand-up pouches or Doypacks with a square bottom.
It can reach production rates of up to 1,000 pouches/hour for small formats up to 3 kg.
Designed for packaging granular products, it is particularly suitable for sectors such as pet food, dried fruit and snacks.
It can process different types of materials, including aluminium-coated paper, polyethylene-coated paper, PE and PP.
The presence of a single filling station reduces its size and makes it ideal even in applications where space is limited.
Made of 304 stainless steel, it can be easily integrated with secondary packaging systems and become an essential part of complete plants.
In fact, alongside transport systems, it can accompany boxing and palletising systems.
The combination of multihead weighers and vibrating channels ensures versatility, precision and speed of packaging.
The presence of special vibrating devices, inserted in the lower conveyors, facilitates the filling and settling of the product inside the bag.
The packaging is then sealed by multiple sealing stations and subsequently cooled.
The in-house design and manufacture of each component allows it to be adapted to the specific needs of the customer.
