The MF POUCH 3000 automatic bagging machine for open mouth bags, made entirely in stainless steel, is ideal for packaging different food products with particular features regarding fragility, flow and granule size such as Pet Food, baked products, sweets, nuts, snacks, legumes, cereals, etc.

The "step by step" movement of the packages is achieved by a chain conveyor activated by a brushless servo-motor.

The bags are filled by a series of small product unload hoppers, which follow the packages while they are conveyed along a semi-circular curve.

Vibrating devices fitted in the lower conveyors of the automatic bagging machine facilitate filling operations.

They are closed thanks to multiple sealing stations and successive cooling.
