How It Works
The operator places an empty bag onto the filling spout and triggers the cycle by pressing the foot pedal located at the base of the machine. The pedal actuates the pneumatic pistons that clamp and support the empty bag, then close the jaws to begin the filling phase — keeping both of the operator's hands free for bag positioning and safety.
For net-weight packaging, an integrated electronic weighing system measures the exact product dose before it enters the bag. For gross-weight packaging, load cells continuously monitor the total bag weight during filling until the target value is reached. Both modes offer precise, repeatable results across all compatible products.
