How It Works
The operator places the mouth of the empty bag onto the filling spout and starts the cycle by pressing the foot-pedal control located at the base of the machine.
The pedal activates pneumatic pistons that clamp and support the empty bag while closing the grippers to begin the filling phase, keeping both of the operator's hands free and completely safe.
In net weight (DR-N) packaging, the product is dosed and weighed in an internal weigh hopper before entering the bag; when the bag is attached, the dose is already prepared, eliminating idle time.
In gross weight (DR-G / DR-L) packaging, load cells continuously monitor the weight directly inside the bag during filling until the target value is reached, making it the ideal direct-drop solution for challenging or highly dusty products.
