Output and Bag Types
Starting from a reel of flat film, the machine pulls the film down by means of a pair of rubberized tracks driven by a servo-motor, keeping it under constant tension as it passes through the forming tube, which shapes it to the desired size and allows the product to be filled in.
The sealing bars, positioned at the end of the machine, seal the bag by means of impulse sealing, ensuring a perfect closure without damaging the material, and separate each bag from the next.
With this technology, the MF 58 achieves impressive output, reaching 1,200 bags/hour for formats ranging from 11 to 66 lbs. The finished bags can reach a maximum size of 22.8 x 38.5 inches / and a minimum 12.9 x 15.7 inches.
