MF TECNO can supply machinery and complete systems for dosing, weighing, packaging, palletising and wrapping flour.

Various types of flours can be handled thanks to the gravimetric or volumetric weighing systems.

MF TECNO has developed specific open mouth bagging systems such as MF 52 VACUUM or IABA 600 F for packaging flours in pre-formed paper bags.

The presence of devices to contain product loss and cross-contamination make the solutions designed by MF TECNO the most suitable for packaging flours.

All of the machines for packaging flour can be manufactured entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, in addition to the parts in contact with the product, and respecting the hygiene conditions envisioned in some work environments.

Using the shrink wrappers and case packers, the packaged flour can be organised in bundles and introduced into boxes. Finally, thanks to a wide range of palletisers, the packages can be placed on pallets and wrapped by automatic and semi-automatic wrappers.
