Among the many available models, the most suitable for primary packaging are the IABA 600, the IABA 800S, and the UNIVERSAL 1200. Ideal for 5 to 25 kg bags, including raffia, and production rates ranging from 400 to 1,200 bags/hour.

Depending on requirements, these machines can be equipped with labelling units and various closing systems such as plain sewing, easy-open stitching, or folded stitching.

There is also the option to add vibrating systems for the creation of extremely compact and easily palletisable bags.

6 Column Palletiser

The 6-Column Palletiser is instead the preferred solution for high-output operations. It has a production capacity of 1,200 bags/hour with single pick-up and around 2,000/hour with double pick-up.

The presence of motorised side compactors and interlayers made from reels guarantees the creation of extremely compact and stable pallets.
