IABA 600 R automatic bagging machine

The IABA 600 R is an automatic packaging machine designed for open-mouthed bags made of woven or laminated polypropylene raffia.

It can process bags with dimensions ranging from a minimum of 350 x 600 mm to a maximum of 650 x 1100 mm.

Its throughput is up to 600 bags/hour.

Suited to medium to high production, it is highly versatile and can manage a wide range of bags up to 50 kg.

It is the perfect solution for granular products like salt and coffee, or for non-granular products like rice, pulses, cereals and seeds.

In the bagging process, a bag is picked up from the empty bag magazine to be filled and shaped.

Then, via a special conveyor belt, it goes from the filling area to the closing area.

At the above, a pair of transfer arms drives it and inserts it firmly into the selvedge guide.

The filler can be equipped with net weight or gross weight systems, fed by different dosing units depending on the products to be handled.

An easy and intuitive touch screen control panel allows automatic format change, eliminating the need for manual intervention by the operator.
