Starting with a flat film reel, there is the forming of the bag around the tube and then vertical and horizontal heat sealing. The result is the creation of an airtight three-seal package.
A pair of servo-controlled rubber belts, equipped with a self-centring device, pulls the film downwards by the desired length of the bag. At the same time the dosing unit discharges the selected quantity of product into the bag.
It represents an intermediate model, particularly appreciated and popular in many types of industries and goods.
