MF 50 SPEEDY vertical packaging machine

The MF 50 SPEEDY continuous vertical packaging machine is the specially developed model for those looking for high output for small formats.

In effect, the machine can handle bags from 50 g to 1 kg and achieves a production speed of 105 bags per minute.

What makes it different from other available solutions are the following characteristics:

• The continuous 'up-down' movement of the sealing bars, driven by brushless motors.
• The innovative plastic film traction system controlled by two independent brushless servomotors.

The continuous movement of the sealing bars allows especially high output compared to other packaging machines in the range.

Compact and suitable for tight spaces, it is a fast, flexible and easy-to-maintain machine.

It can be fitted with different dosing systems, depending on the product to be processed and the customer's requirements.

The types of products this machine can process are varied. The most common are seeds, dried fruit, rice, pasta and pet food.

The bags are formed from a flat reel necessarily made of multilayer materials (AL/PE, paper/PE, PA/PE or PP/PE) so that the continuous welding seals the materials perfectly.

The bags that are created (minimum dimensions of 40x50 mm and maximum dimensions of 190x400 mm) can be pillow, square-bottomed, four-sealed, gusseted or doypack-type.

The built-in touch screen panel allows the operator to control the entire production cycle.

The machine, made of stainless steel, is entirely designed, manufactured and tested in our production centre.

Because of its versatility, it can also easily integrate with bundling or boxing systems.
