MF 50 vertical packaging machine

The MF 50 vertical packaging machine is one of the models specifically designed for packaging in small formats.

Suitable for packages from 100 g to 1 kg and with maximum dimensions reaching 185 x 280 mm.

Its small size, AISI 304 stainless steel construction and simple operation make it an extremely versatile solution.

It is suited to packaging a wide range of products with good flow and particle size. These include snacks, dried fruit, pet food, rice, sugar and pulses.

Developed to meet the requirements of the food industry, it offers reliability, high performance and outstanding value for money.

It was designed specifically to meet the needs of small and medium-sized production facilities.

Reaches high outputs of 2,100 bags/hour.

The standard design produces a pillow bag (3-seal) from a flat film single reel.

The bag, formed around the tube, is vertically and horizontally sealed and heat-sealed without altering the material.

For most products, the packing machine can be combined with a stainless steel dosing system. Available in volumetric or electronic weighing versions.

The product drops into a dosing/weighing bucket equipped with a discharge door. Once a dose is ready, the door opens to unload the product into the bucket.

The easy inspection of these dosing systems ensures cleanliness and prevention from any form of contamination.

The opportunity to make bags in a controlled atmosphere allows for greater product preservation.

Thanks to the touch screen panel and alphanumeric display, the operators can control the working cycle, the various sealing parameters and pack sizes.

Entirely realised in our production centres, it is easily integrated with secondary packaging machines.
