The MF PCA SMART PRO cartesian palletiser delivers high output up to 800 cycles/hour for loads up to 50 kg (110 lb).
SMART PRO can be customised to meet the customer’s needs and project specifications, ensuring versatility and convenience.
The PRO version differs from the standard version in three key ways:
- The redesigned aluminium frame reduces the palletiser’s weight, speeding up its movements
- A more advanced and efficient work programme optimises the machine’s productivity
- SMART PRO is equipped with higher-performance motors
This robotic palletiser combines reliability, an excellent value for the price, compactness, and fast production speeds.
The standard height is just under 3 metres (10 ft), while the finished pallet has a maximum height of 1800 mm (70.9 in) (including the pallet base). This makes it ideal for working in tight spaces and adaptable to any existing end-of-line setup.
It ensures the storage, handling, and transport of a wide range of product types: bags, boxes, cartons, and shrink-wrapped bundles.
The two main versions are:
- The base version, in which material is placed on floor-level pallets or on semi-automatic wrappers built into the palletiser.
- The automatic version. Starting from the automatic pallet magazine, roller conveyors and chain conveyors ensure continuous pallet infeed and outfeed. The operator only needs to load empty pallets into the magazine. This automatic palletiser option is especially valued for continuous material handling.
Full Operator Control
Movement is managed through an advanced programme developed in-house by MF TECNO engineers.
The palletiser’s user-friendly design gives the operator full control through its integrated PLC touchscreen system.
Gripping System
Depending on project requirements, various gripping solutions are available, which can be combined with different options. The main gripper head types are:
- Fork-type gripper head with pressure plate
- Suction cup gripper head
- Gripper head with special clamp for boxes
These ensure the handling, pickup, and placement — and, more broadly, the palletising — of boxes, bundles, and bags. Among bags, this includes valve bags, open-mouth bags, and roll-fed bags, to name just a few.
The heads rotate around their own vertical axis to place each bag according to the pattern set by the program.
Safety Devices
To protect worker safety, we offer all solutions required by law, plus additional devices that go beyond legal requirements, including:
- Floor anchoring system.
- Accident-prevention protective barrier.
- Anti-fall safety device and anti-collision system.
- Panels with welded wire mesh.
- Photoelectric safety barriers at the pallet infeed and outfeed.

Fully integrated into the Smart Pro range, the Visual Pallet Designer revolutionises end-of-line management.
Thanks to an intuitive touchscreen interface and the Drag & Drop function, operators can create or modify palletising patterns by moving bags directly on the screen, without entering complex numerical coordinates.
