The packaging of coffee (granules, soluble or beans) is one of the most important phases in its production process. Good packaging guarantees maximum yield in terms of quality and aroma.

MF TECNO offers both automatic and semi-automatic systems for packaging coffee.

The coffee can be packaged using:

vertical packaging machines, for 50 g to 25 Kg packages
bagging machines for packaging in open mouth bags up to 50 Kg
big-bag machines for packaging large quantities of coffee.

MF TECNO guarantees respect of the raw material and its features, also using vacuum packaging systems.

All of the coffee packaging machines can be manufactured entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, in addition to the parts in contact with the product.

Using the shrink wrappers and case packers, the packaged coffee can be organised in bundles and introduced into boxes. Finally, thanks to a wide range of palletisers, the packages can be placed on pallets and wrapped by automatic and semi-automatic wrappers.

Which case packer should you choose for your production line?

A wrap-around case packer is suited to continuous production and uniform product groupings, particularly as volumes increase and packaging costs become a key factor in the decision. Top loading into regular slotted cases (RSC) is particularly suitable for delicate products, irregular shapes and lower production rates. To choose between the two MF TECNO solutions, you need to consider product characteristics, cases per minute, case format and production line layout together.
